Home \| About Us \| Events Calendar \| How to book the Hall \| Photo Gallery \| Map\| Links & Resources\| Email the Hall \|		Bookings & Rental Fees Quick Links: Rental Contract Form (word file / pdf file) \| Guidelines & Checklist Form \| How to run the Kitchen For fees and items available to rent - please scroll down to the bottom of the page How to Book the Gillies Community Centre: 1) Check the calendar to make sure the date is free. 2) Download the Rental Contract Form (word file / pdf file) to review your responsibilities. 3) Contact the Secretary of the Gillies Community Centre to discuss the fees associated with rental of the hall. 4) Submit your signed contract and the fee to ensure your booking. 5) A copy of the contract will be returned to you. 6) If alcohol is going to be served, a copy of the group’s liquor license & insurance for liability purposes must be provided to the Secretary before keys will be issued. The new rate will take effect July 1, 2010. All Users / Occasional Functions (ie weddings, music productions, birthdays, disking tournaments, and other private functions) $60.00 per use + tax. The new rate will take effect July 1, 2010. (if alcohol is going to be served it is a requirement of the renting group to obtain their own liquor license and insurance for liability reasons) Rental rates for misc items for private functions away from the hall and at the discretion of the hall board New Tables - $15.00 each (plus 10% damage deposit) Chairs - $3.00 each (plus 10% damage deposit) Chafing Trays - $10.00 each (sternos / heat pots extra) (plus 10% damage deposit) Large Coffee Urn (85 cups) - $10.00 (plus 10% damage deposit) A rental agreement detailing the particulars of the event and the rental costs will be arranged for by the Gillies Hall Board and signed for by the event coordinator and a Hall Board member (typically the secretary) For Hall bookings and/or item rentals please contact gilliescommunitycentre@gmail.com or by calling 476-0927
